Iron Chef 首位香港冠軍 Justin Chan 率領團隊，以八個香港品牌的產品與食材，創作一場前所未有的品鑑菜單：
老行家、Glowe、陳枝記老刀莊、波仔、有記蝦子麵、Omochi、Per Suit、Edelglanz by Kai Hing（啟興銀器托盤）
每一項食材均由 Justin 親自挑選與測試。

Iron Chef Hong Kong Champion Justin Chan and his team have created a tasting menu using products from eight Hong Kong brands:
Lo Hong Ka, Glowe, Chan Chi Kee, Eat East, Yau Kee Noodles, Omochi, Per Suit, Edelglanz by Kai Hing
Every ingredient personally chosen and endorsed by Justin.
