About the Trip
Join fellow 2GHK members for an exclusive weekend in Macau during the Macau Grand Prix: Grand Prix VIP paddock access, a Macau local day tour, a networking dinner with local business communities, and a farewell brunch hosted by our Chairman to conclude the tour.
Exclusive event for 2GHK members only. Each member may bring one plus one at the same price per person (maximum 2 tickets per registration). Guests may also join by invitation of the Board.

Plus ones pay the same price per person. Maximum 2 tickets per registration.
Accommodation (optional)
Some members will stay at Hotel Central Macau (新中央酒店).
- Friday 20 November: HK$1,180 per room per night
- Saturday 21 November (group booking): HK$1,580 per room per night
Accommodation is not included in the ticket. Indicate in the registration form if you would like us to enquire on your behalf, and we will reserve together with the group, subject to availability.
Important Notes
- Group cars: maximum 5 passengers per car. We may not be able to seat or depart you with your preferred companions, but we will try our best to accommodate specific requests.
- Paddock access and day tour: participants will be divided into 4 mini groups that enter the paddock at different time slots, while the others are on the local tour. Group assignments and times will be announced after registration closes.
- Anyone travelling outside the scheduled group car times, or not following the itinerary, will need to arrange their own transportation, which will not be reimbursed.
Terms & Disclaimers
Please read carefully. By registering, you agree to the following terms.
Itinerary and schedule
- The itinerary is tentative. 2GHK may change, reschedule or cancel any part of the programme, with or without notice, due to operational needs, weather, traffic, border or event organiser arrangements, or other circumstances.
- All times are estimates. Departures, drop-offs and activities may be delayed by traffic, border crossings, road closures, race-day arrangements or other conditions.
- Paddock access, time slots and group assignments are subject to the approval and availability of the Grand Prix organiser and venues. 2GHK cannot guarantee any specific access, slot or grouping.
Transport
- Group cars are arranged by 2GHK with a licensed third-party transport operator, who is solely responsible for the vehicles, drivers and passengers' safety in transit. 2GHK acts only as the organiser and is not the carrier.
- Seats are subject to availability. Each car takes a maximum of 5 passengers, and seating and companions are assigned at 2GHK's discretion.
- Participants who miss a scheduled departure must arrange and pay for their own transport.
- Self-arranged travel, including any early arrival on Friday 20 November, is entirely the participant's own responsibility.
Accommodation
- Hotel rates are quoted per room per night and are subject to the hotel's availability and confirmation. 2GHK only passes on enquiries and is not a party to any booking; each participant's agreement is directly with the hotel.
Travel documents
- Participants are responsible for holding valid travel documents for entry to Macau and return to Hong Kong. 2GHK is not responsible for anyone refused entry or exit.
Health, safety and liability
- 2GHK is not a travel agency. This is a members' gathering that 2GHK coordinates for and with its members. Participants join voluntarily and at their own risk, and are strongly advised to arrange their own travel and medical insurance.
- Participants must follow all venue, organiser, safety and local rules. To the extent permitted by law, 2GHK, its board and its organisers are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, theft, damage, delay or expense, however caused, during or in connection with the trip, including anything caused by third-party providers (transport, venues, hotels, event organisers) or by circumstances beyond our control.
- Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests and for any damage or costs their guests cause.
- 2GHK may refuse or withdraw participation for anyone whose conduct is unsafe or inappropriate, without refund.
Fees, payment and refunds
- A registration is confirmed only once full payment is received.
- Early Bird pricing applies only to registrations paid in full by Friday 30 October 2026, 21:00 HKT.
- Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless 2GHK decides otherwise. If 2GHK cancels the entire trip, it will decide how refunds are handled.
Photography and media
- Photos and videos may be taken during the trip and used by 2GHK for member communications and promotion. Please let us know in the registration remarks if you prefer not to be photographed.
Personal data
- Information you provide is used only to organise this trip and may be shared with the hotel, transport providers and organisers where necessary.
General
- By registering, participants confirm they have read and accepted these terms on behalf of themselves and their guest.
- 2GHK reserves all rights. In case of any dispute, 2GHK's decision shall be final.
