We Cracked the Code That Night

2GHK's August gathering felt different from the start.

It wasn't just the location — Repulse Bay on a summer evening — or the buffet dinner. It was the energy. For the first time, we hosted a family-friendly event. There was a balloon artist twisting unicorns and swords for the kids, a bouncy castle shaking with laughter, and photographers roaming around catching real smiles, not posed ones. You could see it in the children's eyes: that unfiltered kind of happiness.

But the night belonged to Rick Woo.

Most people think they know what an escape room is — locked doors, hidden keys, countdown timers. Rick showed us that LOST has moved far beyond that.

He came from online marketing. He loved the thrill of "breaking through" a challenge. So he asked himself: what if I could bring that feeling into the real world? That question became LOST. Then came LOST Junior for younger players. Then custom-built rooms for corporate teams. Then expansion into markets across Asia.

And now, he's pushing further. LOST Studio lets young people design their own escape room puzzles online — and then see them built in real life. From virtual idea to physical experience. Not just playing the game, but becoming the game maker.

At the end of the evening, Rick ran a puzzle for the whole room. When the answer finally surfaced, it spelled out five letters: POWER.

His message was simple. Especially for the kids in the room: don't underestimate yourself. Just like an escape room, life's challenges can be broken down, step by step. You have the power to solve them.

POWER。
